Abstract

Learning is a process of knowledge transfer are performed by educators to students within the scope of a particular time and place. Learning can be done by using some kind of model of learning. One of them is a learning model of active learning. Learning PAI-based active learning is a learning model that prioritizes PAI active learners in the learning process. It is intended to maximize the learning process, which is to obtain the achievement of learning outcomes for students are high. Therefore, when using active learning instructional intended will be used to improve the quality of teaching Islamic education. Statement inverse is not the least we find several teachers PAI teach his students with learning can be considered a relatively dull, monotonous, not flexible, so they are difficult to accept what is presented by the teacher. Active learning in the learning PAI seeks to make learning not only the teachers as a learning center, but designing an active learning to the students, participating runs learning activities. For example, an active student asked, thinking, doing practices relating to learning materials. Quality delivery of material from a teacher determine the success of learning. Therefore, educators are expected to be able to convey the content of the learning materials to the maximum feasible as optimal performance that includes methods, strategies, approaches, and others. When teachers do not pay attention to students' activeness in the delivery of the material, then the learning is not yet effective. An effective learning can be classified, ie when educators and their students can act together to run the learning and teaching activities. That is can the relationship reciprocal interaction of active processes, namely the teacher as a communicator, able to deliver and provide the session or time for students to ask questions, argue, and so forth, while students as a communicant, can follow the delivery of the teacher and is able to put themselves to communicate with the teacher as a member to communicate effectively.
