Abstract

Education for human life is an absolute need that must be met throughout life. Without education it is impossible for a group of people to live in line with the aspiration to progress, prosper and be happy according to the concept of the human outlook on life itself. Education is an activity to develop all aspects of the personality that runs for life. In other words, education not only takes place in the classroom, but also takes place outside the classroom. Education is not only formal, but also non-formal. Substantially, education is not limited to the development of human intellect, but also to float all aspects of human personality. In The Law of Sisdiknas No. 20 of 2003 Chapter 1 Article 1 Paragraph 1 on education, it is mentioned that Education is a conscious and planned effort to realize the learning atmosphere and learning process so that learners actively develop their potential to have spiritual religious strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals, as well as the skills needed, society,  nation and country. The Field Experience Practice Program (PPL) is an activity program that aims to develop students as aspiring educators and/or education personnel. This PPL program is one of the practical courses that must be taken by students as one of the requirements in completing a degree as a bachelor of education in addition to the implementation of KKN and the final project and thesis at the Tarbiyah Al-Ishlah Bondowoso College of Science. PPL 2021 is covid 19 based. Where all components of learning and teaching change in order to meet the general world conditions and Education in Indonesia, especially where this program is one of the mandatory courses that must be taken by all students of STIT Al-Ishlah. PPL courses are implemented with the aim of preparing and producing teachers or educators who have values, attitudes, knowledge, and skills in accordance with their fields (professionals).
